This treatment program is aimed to prevent viruses, launch anti-inflammatory processes, and restore and modulate the immune system.

The immune system is divided into innate and adaptive ones, and each of them has its unique functions.

  1. The innate immune system is what a person is born with. This provides a general defense against harmful germs and substances, so it is also called the non-specific immune system.
  2. This is the system that you develop when your body is exposed to microbes or chemicals released by microbes. The adaptive (specific) immune system makes antibodies and uses them to specifically fight certain germs that the body has previously encountered. This is also known as an “acquired” (learned) or specific immune response.

Because the adaptive immune system is constantly learning and adapting, this subsystem might fight bacteria or viruses that evolve over time better.

How does immunity work in the human cellular system?

Viruses multiply and survive inside the cellular system. Many viruses can outsmart the immune system escaping the alert mechanism, when weak. Multiple organs and cells majorly T-cells, NK cells, T-lymphocytes, and B-lymphocytes all work together to fight the virus that has entered the body.

A person with weak immunity will need targeted stimulation of inherent disease-fighting properties such as increasing T-cells activity via increased cytokine secretion, eradication of pathogens, and boosting natural killer cell activity to fight infection.

What are the factors that weaken the immune system?

The cells in your body react to everything that your mind says. It should come as no surprise that washing your hands often, being fully vaccinated, getting enough sleep, and eating a healthy diet are effective ways of protecting yourself against viruses and other germs. What you may not realize is that other factors in your life could be compromising your body’s ability to protect itself:

  • natural variation of Innate Immunity;
  • gut health;
  • aging;
  • nutritional imbalance;
  • poor lifestyle choices;
  • sedentary lifestyle;
  • stress and anxiety.

Rejuvenate Your Immunity Program

It has been known for over 30 years that peptides are critical factors in mobilizing the immune system against foreign invaders. Since then, new knowledge about the generation and function of peptides in immunology has supported efforts to harness the immune system to treat disease.

Yet, most of the highly successful treatments, including vaccines, have been made empirically, with little immunological insight. However, increased knowledge about the chemistry and pharmacological properties of antigenic and antimicrobial peptides as well as of the biology of antigen processing, presentation, and recognition by immune cells has now enabled a more rational approach to the vaccine and drug design.

We provide a range of peptide therapies that work best to prevent viruses, launch anti-inflammatory processes, and restore and modulate the immune system. You can choose from several peptide packages to improve your immunity protective abilities. Below are the peptides included in the packages available for our patients.

MIC B12

MIC B12 is a fat-burning, liver supporting, energy-producing injection that can be used to facilitate weight loss or for general health. It is generally given as a subcutaneous injection 2-3 times per week.

Ingredients:

1. Methionine, an essential amino acid, helps the liver breakdown fats, lowers cholesterol, relieves fatigue, and helps allergies by lowering histamine release.
2. Inositol, a B vitamin, helps the breakdown of fats, lowers cholesterol, and helps control mood and appetite.
3. Choline, an essential nutrient, helps the liver breakdown fats and excrete toxins
4. B12, a vitamin that boosts energy and overall metabolic rate, assists in the burning of stored body fat, helps detox as well as helps regulate sleep, mood, and appetite.

MIC B12 typically works immediately away to assist with energy production and weight loss.

Selank

The peptide Selank has been labeled as an “anti-anxiety” peptide and has also shown improvement in learning, memory, cognition, depression, weakness, and overall energy.

Benefits of Selank

While most prescription drugs cause many unwanted side effects, studies have shown this peptide to have no negative side effects or risk of addiction. Both Tuftsin and Selank have shown the ability to reduce anxiety and increase serotonin levels.

Additional benefits include:

  • anxiety reduction;
  • learning ability improvement;
  • memory enhancing.

Selank can increase IL-6 in blood cells, so it can strengthen immune function. IL-6 is an inflammatory protein that is believed to help fight off infections. Selank can also stimulate the release of interferons which are anti-viral molecules.

More benefits suppose that Selank:

  • helps with brain damage recovery: Increases BDNF (Brain-derived neurotrophic factor), an important brain-growth compound;
  • stabilizes enkephalins in the blood — these counteract the stress response;
  • helps with alcohol withdrawal;
  • prevents weight gain and reduces cholesterol.

What is Selank all about?

Selank belongs to a class of molecules called synthetic peptides. Selank was made by combining the sequence of a peptide called tuftsin with another sequence that improves its molecular stability. Tuftsin is a peptide closely related to immune function. It occurs naturally and makes up one part of the natural antibody IgG.

It is a small peptide compared to most naturally occurring proteins. It was developed along with the nootropic drug Semax, sometimes called its cousin peptide.

In clinical trials, the drug has been shown to provide a sustained nootropic and anxiolytic effect which is useful for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

How to use Selank?

Selank is a peptide used as a nasal spray. This is because it will be digested by the stomach if taken orally. Inhaling it is more effective for delivery to the bloodstream and into the brain.

The typical dosage is one spray in each nostril daily.

Research

In clinical trials, the drug has been shown to provide a sustained nootropic and anxiolytic effect which is useful for the treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).

Selank has an advantage over traditional anxiety treatments, such as benzodiazepines, as it has no sedating or negative cognitive side effects and no associated addiction or withdrawal problems.

Thymosin Beta-4

Thymosin Beta-4 is a 43-amino-acid peptide that promotes healing throughout the body. It also has anti-inflammatory properties. Found naturally in higher concentrations at injury sites, the water-soluble protein can repair tissue damage and regulate cell migration to a site.

It can improve wound healing and repair not only the skin, but also the brain, spinal cord, and heart. Medical professionals consider Thymosin Beta-4 a safe and powerful substance in its natural or synthetic form known as TB-500.

In addition, TB4 has a low molecular weight and doesn’t bind to the extracellular matrix. This enables it to easily travel throughout body tissues, which promotes a faster rate of healing. The peptide travels long distances, so it usually doesn’t have to be injected directly at the injury site. While someone believes injecting it closer to an injured area yields better results, clinical evidence suggests otherwise.

Thymosin alpha

Thymosin alpha 1 has been used to support immunity in over 3,000 patients and in over 70 clinical studies, either as monotherapy or in conjunction with current allopathic medicines. The lack of significant side effects with thymosin alpha 1 is in sharp contrast to other major immune response modulators such as IFN and IL-2, which can lead to flu-like symptoms including malaise, fever, headache, chills, and pulmonary edema (with IL-2).

Thymosin alpha1 (Tα1) is a heat-stable, acidic polypeptide that is an immune modifier that has been shown to trigger lymphocyte maturation, augment T-cell function, induce T-cell differentiation, and promote reconstitution of immune defects. All these findings showed that Tα1 could be a useful restorative therapeutic agent in the treatment of immunodeficiency diseases and immunosuppressed conditions.

The early retrospective study suggests that Tα1 could be clinically viable and well-tolerated COVID-19 treatment, ahead of upcoming findings from larger clinical trials.
